Thank you for your review. As lockdown spread throughout the world, our suppliers overseas were also affected. Travel and Sport has had to wait in line for our suppliers to process refunds back to us. As per our Terms and Conditions, clients will be refunded back the amount which is due to them. We are currently processing refunds for groups that should have departed in April 2020 and will continue with refunds for May 2020 departures in August, and so on and so forth. I can reassure you that we regard our clients’ refunds as one of our top priorities, and we are committed to communicate with everybody in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
